In-line FINISHING of small packs, A7 to A3 on the C98.

AUTOMATION offers full automatic, compact solutions for finishing small-
packs, wrapped or boxed, 20 to 200 sheets or in bulk with slip sheet.

The Automation-C98-Converter meets the new global trend in office papers,
often consumed in marginal quantities: ink-jet papers, laser sheets for the little
user, transparencies, recycled grades, drawing- and artist papers, coloured
sheets, hobby papers and many variants.
The C98 opens the door to an immense and world market, new and not yet
served industrially by anyone.
In-line means from the roll to small packs, in one single pass, incl. cutting,
counting, stacking, the entry to fascinating converting. The C-98 Converter
makes easily 20 packs per minute and only hits the limits at about 80 per minute.
The market is hungry for small packs, 10 x 15 cm, 4" x 6", up to A4 and A3.
The C98, a very attractive investment, the solid chance for a strong impact
with brand names or generic.
In the Automation facilities in Amsterdam testmaterial can be run and a CD video
be taken for analysis of this advanced technique by interested parties.
C98 is the reply to the immense need in this cut sheet sector and there is no
viable, automatic in-line equivalent any place.
Paper merchants and paper mills will be happy when a specialist for small packs
from A7 to A3 stands up, ready to supply the many channels to the office market,
schools, private users, small offices, soho in a professional way.

The basic CONVERTER-C98-I for small packs from the roll:

•	ROLL UNWIND for 100 cm (option 150 cm) ø, Web width 38 cm, 52 cm option. Pneumatic shaft for 70 mm or 3" core. Pneum. roll-lift. Automatic stop at roll-end, web guide, double decurl bar. Option: flying, non-stop unwind.
•	CJS-SHEETER. Shear cut (or hard cut). Variable cut-off from 150 to 420 mm. Motorized overlapping or 1-by-1 delivery.
•	AA99-Turbo-STACKER, electronic joggers, stackheight 15 mm (option 120 mm) Vacuum inserter for chipboard or slipsheets.
•	90°-delivery for finished packs. Manual or automatic transfer into the filmwrapper, boxing or labeling.
