A4-Converters are not seldom confronted with contradictory demands of often important
orders. One client wants the packs first in film and then in a lid-and-bottom box, the
next client wants the reverse: box first and overwrap the box.
The mobile units of the C98-line with film wrapper and boxer are good for both kinds of
conditioning without extra investment and with little loss of time for the change-over.

The BC35A-double-stream Stacker feeds the film wrapper via 90° and the film wrapper
feeds the "BOXER" in-line. The mobile "BOXER" however can move up to the Stacker
to fill the lid-and-bottom boxes first, which are then automatically conveyed on the infeed
section of the film wrapper.
With often changing demands in the photopaper and labellaser business it is of utmost
importance to meet the needs for full utilization by versatile in-line machinery in this fast
growing market.
