STEP-and-GO FEED CHAINS for PADS with COVER.
Since 1.1.2006 the BLOX50-U hot-melt PADDER is available with the CONTINUOUS
MOVING FEED CHAINS option.
Pads in mass production can now run steady and fast through the glue station,
the drying section, right to the stacker delivery.
For pads with flap-over cover the BLOX50-U is switched back to the Step-and-Go
mode; still up to 30 cycles per minute (1800 pads per hour).
With the non-stop chains the padder runs as fast as the pad bodies can be put
on the feed station. Record output is reached when pads are fed by two persons
for rock-bottom production cost.
