The C98-converter is designed to take preprinted rolls controlled by an ELTROMAT
with Automation INFEED UNIT for precise cut-to-print register. The line can be
equipped with FLEXO or OFFSET PRINT UNITS.
A FILE PUNCH UNIT with motorized lineal register adjustment; oil-recirculating
lubrification for long-life high precision.
The HW40-SHEAR CUT SHEETER cuts metric 297 mm x 210 mm, two streams.
Slitting and Trimming is done by the well proven FT3-Shear-System.
The AA99-TURBO STACKER ensures the high-speed delivery of straight packs and
features a fail-save double COVER FEEDER.
The 90° CONVEYOR is the link to the shrink wrapper with automatic transfer.
When the wrapper is not ready to accept products, the STACK-PACK-2 EXIT is
automatically opened to temporarily build stacks up to 12 cm height.
The STACK-PACK-2 EXIT features electro-magnetic joggers and is also used for
pads or bundles, that are to be boxed or palatized.
This C98-Production-Line for pads and refills is designed for products of 10
to 100 pages. The web speed is 120 meters/minute for 20 packs per minute
(40 sheets per pack) double stream.
